Password Management
Learn how to change your password, reset a forgotten password, and manage your account security in Reps AI.
Overview
Reps AI uses secure authentication to protect your account. You can change your password at any time or reset it if you've forgotten it. All password management is handled through your account settings.
Changing Your Password
To change your password while signed in:
Step 1.
Click on your profile icon on the bottom Left then navigate to "Account"
Step 2.
Your Account Managment window will appear

Step 3.
Navigate to the "Security" tab on the left sidebar
Step 4.
Select "Update password"

Step 5.
Follow the prompts and save changes
Your password will be updated immediately, and you'll need to use the new password for future sign-ins.
Security Best Practices
- Use a Strong Password: Create a unique, complex password
- Don't Share Your Password: Never share your password with anyone
- Change Regularly: Consider changing your password periodically
- Use a Password Manager: Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords
- Sign Out on Shared Devices: Always sign out when using shared or public computers
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble with password management:
- Email Not Received: Check your spam folder for password reset emails
- Link Expired: Password reset links typically expire after a set time. Request a new one if needed
- Account Locked: Contact support if your account is locked after multiple failed sign-in attempts
- Unable to Change Password: Ensure you're using the correct current password
