Learn how credits work in Reps AI, including subscription credits, purchased credits, usage tracking, and purchasing additional credits.

Overview

Credits are the currency used to access features and services within Reps AI. Your subscription includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can also purchase additional credit packs if you need more. Credits are managed at the organization level and shared across all members.

Types of Credits

Reps AI uses two types of credits:

Subscription Credits (Included Credits)

  • Included with your subscription plan
  • Reset monthly on your billing cycle date
  • The amount depends on your subscription tier
  • Cannot be carried over to the next billing period

Purchased Credits

  • Bought separately through credit packs
  • Never expire and remain available until used
  • Can be purchased at any time to supplement your subscription credits
  • Useful for handling increased usage or one-time projects

Credit Allowances by Plan

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allowance:

  • Starter Plan: ~120 credits per month
  • Pro Plan: ~420 credits per month
  • Team Plan: ~420 credits per seat per month (minimum 3 seats)

These credits are added to your account at the start of each billing cycle and reset monthly.

Viewing Your Credit Balance

To view your current credit balance and usage:

Navigate to (Settings > Usage)

Your credit information is displayed in the Credit Balance card

The credit balance shows:

  • Total Credits: Your combined subscription and purchased credits available for use
  • Purchased Credits: Credits you've purchased separately (never expire)
  • Subscription Credits: Your monthly allowance and current usage
  • Usage Progress: A visual indicator showing how much of your monthly allowance you've used

Purchasing Additional Credits

If you need more credits than your subscription provides, you can purchase credit packs:

Step 1.
Navigate to (Settings > Usage)
  • 100 Credits: ~A$25
  • 500 Credits: ~A$99
  • 2000 Credits: ~A$349

Select a pack that fits your needs
Step 3.
Complete the purchase through Stripe checkout

Purchased credits are added to your account immediately and never expire. They're used after your subscription credits are exhausted, or you can use them alongside your monthly allowance.

Auto-Renew Credit Packs

To ensure you never run out of credits, you can enable auto-renew for credit packs. When enabled, a credit pack will be automatically purchased when your additional credits run out.

Step 1.
Navigate to (Settings > Usage)
Step 3.
Select the credit pack you want to auto-renew from the dropdown
Step 4.
Enable the auto-renew toggle

How Auto-Renew Works:

  • When your purchased credits are running low, the selected credit pack will be automatically purchased
  • The purchase is charged to your saved payment method
  • You'll receive notifications about auto-renew purchases
  • You can disable auto-renew at any time
  • Auto-renew only triggers when you run out of purchased credits, not subscription credits

Auto-renew helps maintain uninterrupted service by ensuring you always have credits available when needed.

Credit Reset Cycle

Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing cycle date:

  • Credits are added to your account at the start of each billing period
  • Unused subscription credits from the previous month do not carry over
  • Purchased credits remain available and are not affected by the reset
  • You'll receive notifications when your credits are running low
