Subscriptions
Learn how to manage your Reps AI subscription, including viewing your plan, upgrading, downgrading, and canceling.
Overview
Your subscription determines which features you have access to and how much you're billed each month. Subscriptions are managed at the organization level, meaning all members of your organization share the same subscription plan.
Activating a Subscription
If your organization doesn't have an active subscription yet, you can activate one to unlock premium features:



NOTE: Seat selection is only available for Team subscriptions.
After activation, you'll have immediate access to all features included in your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
Viewing Your Subscription
To view your current subscription details:
The overview shows:
- Subscription Status: Whether your subscription is currently active
- Current Plan: The name of your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Team)
- Active Seats: The number of user seats included in your subscription
- Next Payment Date: When your next billing cycle will occur
- Payment Method: The payment method on file for automatic billing
Subscription Plans
Reps AI offers three subscription tiers:
Starter Plan ($29/month)
- Ideal for individuals and small teams
- Real-time coaching prompts
- One coaching framework
- Up to 5 coachable reps
- Basic call analytics
- Email support
- ~120 credits per month included
Pro Plan ($79/month)
- Best for growing teams
- Unlimited coaching frameworks
- Embedded in dialer + CRM
- Playbook assignments & nudges
- Team dashboards & trends
- Priority support
- ~420 credits per month included
Team Plan ($79 per seat/month, minimum 3 seats)
- For large teams and enterprises
- SSO, RBAC, tenant isolation
- Custom models & redaction
- Private cloud & data residency
- Custom integrations & SLAs
- Dedicated success manager
- ~420 credits per seat per month included
Managing Your Subscription
Accessing Subscription Management
From the Settings > Billing page, you'll find a Manage Subscription section that provides:
- Details about your current plan
- The renewal date for your subscription
- Your billing email address
- A link to the Stripe Customer Portal for advanced management
Using the Stripe Customer Portal
Click the "Manage Subscription" button to access the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View billing history and download invoices
- Change your billing cycle (if available)
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your billing address

To cancel your subscription:
Important: Canceling your subscription means:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, you'll lose access to all premium features
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time before the period ends
