Managing Seats
Learn how to allocate and manage seats for your team members in Reps AI.
Overview
Seats represent user licenses in your subscription. Each seat allows one team member to access Reps AI features. Managing seats involves allocating available seats to team members and removing seat allocations when needed.
Understanding Seats
A seat is a user license that grants access to Reps AI:
- Total Seats: The number of seats included in your subscription plan
- Allocated Seats: Seats currently assigned to team members
- Available Seats: Seats that are not yet assigned and can be allocated
Seat requirements vary by subscription plan:
- Starter and Pro Plans: Include a fixed number of seats
- Team Plan: Charges per seat (minimum 3 seats)

Important Notes
- Seat Limits: You cannot allocate more seats than your subscription includes
- Member Access: Removing a seat may affect a member's access to certain features
- Available Seats: Always check available seats before allocating to ensure you have capacity
- Team Plans: For Team plans, you may need to purchase additional seats if you've reached your limit
