Switching Organizations

Learn how to switch between different organizations in Reps AI when you're a member of multiple organizations.

Overview

If you're a member of multiple organizations, you can easily switch between them. Each organization has its own data, team members, billing, and settings. Switching organizations allows you to access and manage different organizations from the same account.

Understanding Organizations

Organizations in Reps AI are separate workspaces that can have:

  • Different team members
  • Separate billing and subscriptions
  • Independent settings and configurations
  • Their own data and analytics

You can be a member of multiple organizations, but only one organization can be active at a time.

Switching Organizations

To switch to a different organization:

Step 1.
Locate the organization selector at the top of the sidebar

Select the organization you want to switch to from the dropdown menu
Select the organization you want to switch to from the dropdown menu

After selecting an organization, you'll be switched to that organization's workspace. The interface will update to show that organization's data, team members, and settings.

Creating a New Organization

If you need to create a new organization:

Step 1.
Click on the organization selector at the top of the sidebar
Click on the organization selector at the top of the sidebar
Step 2.
Click "Add organization" or the plus icon
Click "Add organization" or the plus icon
Step 3.
Enter a name for your new organization
Enter a name for your new organization
Step 4.
On "Create Organization" organization Setup will be prompted.

Once created, the new organization will be automatically set as your active organization. Review the Organization Setup guide

Important Notes

  • Active Organization: Only one organization can be active at a time
  • Organization-Specific Data: Each organization has its own data, team, and settings
  • Billing: Each organization has separate billing and subscriptions
  • Permissions: Your role and permissions may differ between organizations
  • Automatic Selection: If you only belong to one organization, it will be automatically selected

After Switching

When you switch organizations:

  • The dashboard and all pages will show data for the selected organization
  • Your navigation and available features are based on your role in that organization
  • Settings, billing, and team management are specific to the active organization
  • You may see different onboarding flows if the organization hasn't completed setup
