Learn how calendar recording works

Connect your calendar so Reps AI Notetaker can join your meetings automatically. New connections record all eligible meetings by default. You can change this preference or turn off individual meetings.

One primary calendar per provider is connected to your account in this workspace. Upcoming meetings cover the next 28 days. Calendar access is read-only.

The bot joins as a participant and announces recording. Disconnecting removes your future scheduled recordings; if a colleague also enabled recording for the same meeting, their bot remains scheduled.
